Payments to Suncoast Weddings 

Please note that we cannot confirm your booking until the full deposit and where appropriate, the beach permit fee has been received.

We accept payments:

  • By credit card (via secure transaction form below)
  • Via PayPal (the PayPal account is sue@suncoastweddings)
  • By check made payable to Suncoast Weddings. The check should be mailed to
    Suncoast Weddings, 141, 107th Avenue, Treasure Island, Florida 33706

All deposits and beach permit fees are non-refundable and these amounts will be credited towards your balance which is due one month prior to your wedding or vow renewal.

 


 

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations must be made in writing and you may cancel this agreement for any reason.
a) Within three days of receipt of deposit/payment: a full refund of all deposits and/or payments

b) 30 days or more prior to the wedding date: After all deposits and funds paid to other vendors have been deducted, the balance of the total paid will be refunded

c) within 8 – 14 days of the wedding date: After all deposits and funds paid to other vendors have been deducted, one half of the balance will be refunded

d) within 7 days of the event no refunds will be made
