Located on the soft, white sands by the Gulf of Mexico on Treasure Island, the house and grounds are tucked under a halo of trees and nestled amid native sea oats, which provides an ambiance of calm and serenity.
In a true Hemingway-like beach-front setting Sunset Beach House provides the perfect backdrop for your beach wedding and reception in your own private resort.
The outside reception area can accommodate up to 120 people and the accommodation will sleep up to 20, split between five suites.

The house was named after the beach on which it stands. The name ‘Sunset Beach’ didn’t happen by accident and you’ll soon understand why when you catch one of those famous Florida sunsets from the house which overlooks the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Often described as one of Florida’s hidden gems, Sunset Beach is a haven for spotting dolphins and manatees. Go searching for ancient sharks' teeth see if you can spot an elusive sand dollar. With an abundance of pelicans and sandpipers to keep you company as you take a stroll along the beach, it’s hard to imagine a more idyllic location for your beach vacation.
